Young Investigator Award in Neuroeconomics

The Society for Neuroeconomics invites applications for its annual Young Investigator Award. The award includes a $1000 monetary prize and an engraved plaque, which will be presented at the Banquet at the Annual Meeting of the Society. Individuals who are no more than 5 years past the date of their terminal degree (Ph.D., M.D., etc.) as of 2010 are eligible to apply. The successful applicant will demonstrate significant contributions to understanding the neural basis of decision making or the impact of this knowledge on formal understanding of decision behavior. Applications will be reviewed by an ad-hoc committee appointed by the President of the Society.

Applicants should submit a one-page description of their work and its relevance to neuroeconomics, a current CV, and two signed, sealed letters of recommendation by August 15, 2010 by mail or email (instructions follow)
